Across the Pond
Well we are back from our European vacation! What a wonderful trip! The whole time we were so amazed and blessed that God had blessed us with the ability and resources to travel. We had so many wonderful experiences and we loved everywhere we went. It is so good to experience other cultures!
Scotland Highlights: Stirling Castle, Scottish accents, meeting up with couch surfers in Edinburgh
Ireland Highlights: Tyrone and Louise, Touring the northern coast, Irish Stew in Guiness
Italy Highlights: Colloseum, a night walk in Rome, amazing views in the Cinque Terre
As many of you know by now, the worst part of our trip was when we lost our camera in Vernazza. I think I have recovered now ( I seriously went through the stages of mourning: denial, anger, sadness...) and in the grand scheme of life it really isn't that big of a deal but at the time I took it pretty hard. But as you will see below we still got a few good pics from the good ol' disposable cameras.
Anyways those are my thoughts for now. Hopefully we will see you soon and can tell you some more funny stories about running for trains, almost passing out on our flight to Rome, arriving at the wrong airport in Glasgow and other such follies. Thanks for the prayers while we were gone! -Jemily
